Time frames will be significantly longer if the applicant has a criminal history or if a fingerprint/live scan transmittal is rejected by Department of Justice.
* The Caregiver Background Check Bureau receives results from DOJ on 95% of all LiveScan submitted prints. It may take longer for DOJ to issue letters to applicants.
