How do I get an LPA Job?
To apply for jobs that interest you, fill out a state application form (STD 678) and mail it to the address listed for each job announcement by the final file date . For each LPA job you apply for, you must include a copy of your college degree and/or transcripts with each application.

Successful LPA Applicants
If you are successful and receive a job offer you must be fingerprinted for a criminal background check using the Request for Live Scan Services form. The hiring supervisor/manager will provide specific instructions; you must also complete a Health Questionnaire which includes a physicians report that your primary care physician must complete; and you must complete an Employment Eligibility Verification Form I-9 to verify citizenship status.
